Graci Tipton, MA. (She/Her)
My name is Gracibel Tipton but most people know me as Graci.
I was born and raised in the culturally rich neighborhoods of Miami, Florida. I am a proud First Generation American from Honduran and Cuban descent. I am a serial hobbyist with a love for reading, writing, and crafting. I currently live in SWFL with my partner, our child, and a 70 lb yellow lab retriever named Maci (aka Macits, Macikins, Maci Baby) who stole our hearts 9 years ago.
I received my Bachelors in Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. I later went on to Florida Gulf Coast University where I recieved my Masters in Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Relationship and Family Therapy. I have a passion for working with those who are neurodiverse, informed by both my clinical training and lived experience with AuDHD to collaboratively develop skills for my client's that work for them.
My approach includes a precise process including attunement, internal dialogue, and somatic integration that helps you reconnect to yourself in a compassionate, sustainable way.
Have you ever found yourself saying "I know what's wrong, I just can't figure out how to move past it?"
This is where our work begins. Together we slow things down and make sense of what you have been carrying.
This work is tailored to you, your experiences, and your life. We work collaboratively to intergrate what you've been through so you can feel more grounded, connected, and at peace.
A special note: My work is grounded in inclusivity. I welcome an support individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and ways of experiencing the world.
